  • Another Ferrari shot at the Goodwood Revival, this time of a 250 Europa GT Coupe, S/N 0357GT, with Pinin Farina coachwork.

This particular car was used as the Paris Salon show car in 1954, before entering competition life in 1956 where it finished 3rd in the Tour de France.

In May 1977, the car was offered for sale, in what is described as 'dismantled' condition, implying it had been stripped down but never restored. In 1979 DK Engineering acquired the car (and I assume put it back together) and then ownership passed to Teddy Pilette who then sold the car to Erich Traber, although the date of this is not recorded.

The car was offered up for sale a couple of times, first in 1992 and then again in 1995 but does not appear to have sold, as it then entered back into a competitive period of its life at the hands of Erich Traber in 2000, having received an engine transplant from the Ferrari 250 GT Boano High Roof Coupe (Ellena), S/N 0691GT, that was rolled in 1966 and never restored.
